Exchange and Return Policy
At AMORE FORMA, we pride ourselves on the unique and exclusive nature of our products. Most items are specially made to order or produced in limited quantities. We generally do not offer refunds unless there is a quality issue with the product. In such cases, we provide a 30-day window for exchanges or store credit. Should any quality issues arise within this period, we are prepared to issue a refund following a thorough review.
Exchange Guidelines
To ensure your exchange is processed smoothly, please review the following guidelines to determine if your items are eligible for an exchange. We offer a 30-day exchange period for all customers, starting from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and for exchanges shipped back to us, a return shipping fee of $30 will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges:

Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage

Packaging Requirements: Returns by mail must include all original packaging, such as tags, boxes, and pouches.

Complete Sets: Items purchased as part of a set cannot be exchanged individually and must be exchanged as a complete set.

Certifications: If your item included a freshwater or saltwater pearl certificate, it must be returned with the SCS certification.
Non-exchangeable Items:

Personalized Products: Items that have been engraved or monogrammed cannot be exchanged.

Earplugs: If purchased individually, earplugs cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered personal items.

Gift Cards: These are not eligible for exchange.

Jewelry Care Kits: These items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Quality Issues That Qualify for a Return:

- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what was ordered.
- Significant Damage: Noticeable and significant damage present upon delivery that was not caused during shipping.
Natural Imperfections:
Please note that all our products are made with natural pearls, and natural variations in color, shape, and texture are expected. These are not considered quality issues. Each pearl is unique, adding to the beauty and exclusivity of your piece. If you are not satisfied with the specific characteristics of your pearl, we are happy to facilitate an exchange so you can find one that meets your expectations.
Exchanges for Pearl Preferences:
If the natural characteristics of the pearl you received are not to your liking, we offer exchanges within the same 30-day period. This allows you to choose a pearl that better suits your preferences, subject to availability.
Return Process:
To initiate a return due to a quality issue, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt. Provide a detailed description and photo evidence of the issue so we can assist you promptly. Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided on how to proceed.
